Choose transcript speaker
Here’s how to assign a speaker a file in Pompom.
You can assign a speaker to each file in the file attributes menu within the left or right sidebar.

When you assign a speaker to a file, your transcription will show their name next to what they said. This saves a lot of time from manually separating each person’s words. Just click on the file in the asset menu to bring up it’s attributes and scrol to the speaker section. Now click the menu icon next to the speakers name. You can either remove their name, or replace the speaker. If you hit replace, the speaker popover will appear with you set of speakers and the option to add a new speaker. Once you’ve made your selection, the speaker will be assigned.
