In right sidebar, click "Search" and choose "Silence"
The search tab in the right sidebar can find, highlight and cut long silences. You can adjust the length depending on your preferences. Long silences can make a podcast feel slow. But removing silences between guests can take a long time. The search tool can remove long silences with a couple of clicks. First, open the right sidebar, select the search tab and choose silence. Now, adjust the length of silence you want to remove. Finally, select the silences to remove and click cut. They’ll all be taken out of every track.
